Sofia Bartlett – Founder & Collaboration Lead
PhD (pronouns: she/her)
Sofia Bartlett is a Senior Scientist at the BC Centre for Disease Control in Clinical Prevention Services, where she does research and public health surveillance related to Sexually Transmitted and Blood-Borne Infection (STBBIs). Dr. Bartlett is the co-director of the Canadian Collaboration for Prison Health and Education, and is a co-investigator with the CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network, the Canadian Network on Hepatitis C and the BC Hepatitis Testers Cohort.
She founded the You Matter collaboration, and was the lead on the STBBI Pathways Project. She is also the founder and lead on the Test, Link, Call (TLC) project, and is the Co-Primary Investigator of the ADVANCE COVID-19 Vaccines Study.
Mike Mahay – Admin Assistant

Mike provides admin support for Test, Link, Call (TLC) project, ensuring that all the cell phones are tracked and working properly for clients.
Nicola Gale – Evaluation Specialist
PharmD MPH (pronouns: she/her)
Nicola is a clinical pharmacist practicing in Alberta, and brings a wealth of knowledge from her clinical experience in providing treatment for hepatitis C infection at the CUPS Liver Clinic in Calgary. She leads the quantitative data collection and evaluation for Test, Link, Call (TLC) project.
Amrit Tiwana – Research Assistant
MPH(c) (pronouns: she/her)
Amrit completed her undergraduate degree at Simon Fraser University and is currently completing her Masters in Public Health in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at University of Toronto. She is a casual research assistant at BC Centre for Disease Control and leads the qualitative data collection and evaluation for Test, Link, Call (TLC) project, as well as analyses for the ASSESS-DBS Study.
Priya Sian – Research Assistant
BSc (pronouns: she/her)
Priya completed her undergraduate degree at University of British Columbia. She is a casual research assistant at BC Centre for Disease Control and supports both the Test, Link, Call (TLC) project, and the ADVANCE COVID-19 Vaccines Study.
