The tools below contain protocols and information the You Matter Pathways to STBBI Care project staff used in engaging various stakeholders. They are free to use or adapt, but require credit.

Surveys

Stakeholders were engaged across the project process via guideline input surveys. Knowledge gain from educational materials were assessed via pre- and post-test surveys.

Guideline input surveys included questions pertaining to demographics, STBBI testing, privacy, time management, substance use, harm reduction and stigma. Click items below to download surveys for each of the following stakeholder groups:
